Mathias also was able to do a broad jump of 70.5 inches ranking 146th and could benefit from the help of PPA certified jump coach Corey Else. Mathias has speed and was able to run 2.36 SEC ranking 165th with a little bit of training under improve speed training Tulsa he could improve and join the top 100 athletes. Last but not least he had 46 pushups ranking 128th best strength and conditioning Tulsa and a Powerball throw of 80 inches which needs significant improvement ranking him 182nd.

William ran a 5.90 second five-ten-five accelerator five-ten-five reaction drill and was ranked 128th place. Let’s take a look at Williams vertical jump he jumped 5th 16 May 14 inches on his first attempt and second attempt on his standing and 16 inches on his approach vertical jump at difference of only two inches I think there is a lot that PPA certified jump coach Corey Else could do to improve his basketball game. William also had a 64 inch broad jump resulting in 170th place and could benefit from improve vertical jump training Tulsa over a couple of months. William had 41 pushups ranking in 130th place best strength and conditioning Tulsa could get him into the top 100 and was able to have a kneeling Powerball throw of 126.5 inches ranking him 156 again we’re trying to get him into the top 100. Last William ran a 2.2 two SEC 10-yard accelerated Sprint and ranks 142nd if we want to get him into the top 100 we want to improve speed training Tulsa.

Younger brother Cosmo Ramirez two Kaz Ramirez from Tulsa soccer Read a 2.3 three SEC accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa to get into the top 150 he just needs to improve by .05 seconds. Cosmo ran up 36 attempts at pushups ranking in 131st place and had a 71 inch kneeling Powerball throw best strength and conditioning Tulsa ranking him 184th place against youth fitness Tulsa athletes.
