My Kid Requires Special Attention Due to His Medical Condition, Do You Offer Training to Help?
Our training is under the direction of a certified personal trainer. We have worked with youth experiencing recovery from broken bones, torn ligaments, damaged muscles etc. If this is the case with your child please notify us of the condition upon signing up or the next training following the injury as well as provide medical clear form from their treating physician as needed.
What Age Groups Do You Offer Sports Performance Training To?
It depends on the season. During the summer months, we offer classes to a wide range of ages and abilities as young as 8 years old and our oldest athlete in their 70s joining the adult classes and military classes. There is room for everyone to benefit from this style of training.

In the school months, we offer training to homeschool athletes and adults and military during the day however none designated from 4-8 pm as those classes are reserved for middle school and high school athletes when they get out of school.

Do You Have Sport Specific Classes?
At Pro Day it was decided very early on to forgo sport specific training as some of our competitors do offer this. Much of the sports medicine experts now agree that an athlete specializing in a sport with their coach and with their trainer will develop an athlete prone to injury, burnout and overall less healthy.

Therefore, after visiting with our partners at Tulsa Bone and Joint we moved to a multi-sport training designed to make athletes healthier. College coaches, recruiters, pro coaches and scouts will all tell you that is what they are looking for. Did you know in the 2018 NFL draft 30 out of the 32 first round pics were multisport athletes?

There will be more pressure on your child to play a sport year-round so having them come to Pro Day and work on multi-sport training will give them the overall development recruiters are looking for.

What Are the Sports Performance Training Class Sizes?
You can expect at all times the class sizes to be less than 16 athletes. One exception to this rule may be adopted when a team with more than 16 athletes essentially rents out the gym.

However, some agreements may have a definite term in your contract and is there promotionally to allow for a reward month for your loyalty after reaching a certain number of month consecutively. , know that the month-to-month is still in place and you may cancel with 14 days advanced notice prior to your next month’s recurring payment.
How Are the Rankings Calculated?
Let’s preface this by understanding that Usain Bolt, the world’s fastest man, doesn’t break the world record every time that he runs a race, right? This tells us that athletes can have poor performances, decent performances, and excellent performances depending on the day. Therefore, at Pro Day we take your highest or best score from a single test date for each measurable taken. For example, you test in December 2019 and jump 24 inches on your standing vertical jump test. Two weeks later in January 2020, you test again, and you only jump 23 inches. Although your latest score was lower, Pro Day algorithms reward you for the 24-inch vertical jump from December on the official leaderboard rankings.
How Will Rankings Benefit Me?
Your rankings will provide a snapshot in time of your athletic abilities. Youth today still have that competitive drive to test each other in a foot race to see who is fastest. That’s exactly what we are doing here but for speed, power, explosiveness, agility, and reaction. Its ok to be nervous about how you perform because that means you are invested in yourself and your abilities. However, we don’t want you to be nervous because you think these results define you. They Don’t! Ideally, you’ll look at your performance know there is always room for improvement and that you’ll set a goal to perform even better in the next combine.
How Often Should I Test for the Combine?
That is completely up to you. We encourage testing at least every 2 months to determine progress. Again, it’s important to know that your results don’t define you as an athlete so use it as a tool to benchmark for your own progress and we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you are atop the leaderboard because of your dedication and focus on improving yourself.
Who Will Have Access To My Results?
Only you have full and complete detailed results of your performance. Your ranking however is posted with your first initial and last name and the school with which you attend. This is viewed all over the world by college recruiters, college coaches, high school coaches, and stakeholders in your performance.
How Do I Access My Results?
Your results will be uploaded in near real-time to the Zen Planner Member App. Your historical results are located by clicking on your athletes’ initials, selecting workouts then the library tab.
