On March 7th 2017 pro day scouting combinewas allowed to test for vertical jump analysis at the Broken Arrow volleyball club volleyball competition we are excited to be a part of this partnership and look forward to testing these athletes. So no other skills were tested on this day with the exception of standing vertical jump and approach vertical jump so will go through them in list format mostly from highest vertical jump to lowest vertical jump but there are some inconsistencies throughout first one up is divino cone of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball she jumped 24 inches in her standing vertical jump which is just incredible now however she only jumped one inch higher on her approach vertical jump EPA certified jump coach Corey Else I would expect that to be much higher and we’ve asked her multiple times to attend improve vertical jump training Tulsa and look forward to having her in the future.
Lauren harms is a regular with us from Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball she jumped 22 inches standing vertical jump on this day that ranks her 16th overall among fitness youth fitness Tulsa peers. she is enrolled in improve vertical jump training Tulsa and is already seeing results her approach vertical jump is 3 inches difference should be close to 445 or six according to PPA certified gym coach Corey Else but that still ranks her in the top 15 among female youth fitness Tulsa athletes great job Lauren.
Chris Carroll jumped with us we don’t know what high school he is a part of but we will get that later he jumped 27 inches in his standing vertical jump ranks 30th among male youth fitness Tulsa athletes and 28th on his approach vertical jump a difference of only one inch tells PPA certified jump coach Corey Else that he’s not getting efficiency in his vertical jump and needs training through improve your vertical jump training Tulsa.
Gabby desilva also a Broken Arrow volleyball player Broken Arrow sports she comes to us on this day tests with a 21 inch standing vertical jump but actually went down in her approach vertical jump only 20 inches that is a huge problem to have according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else that she’s not getting any efficiency in fact she’s going down in her vertical jump between her standing and her approach Gabby has attended improve vertical jump training Tulsa on a few occasions we look forward to having her more often.
We did have some athletes from outside of the state of Oklahoma the next athlete Hannah Ogle she is from Springdale AR and a part of Springdale sports she tested on this day along with rayah christianson from Bartlesville OK Bartlesville sports Bartlesville volleyball both of these athletes jump 21 inches in their standing vertical jump and also 23 inches in their approach vertical jump they are consistently ranked in the top 31 among their peers for this category an should they want to break the top 25 ceiling they should attend improve vertical jump training Tulsa
The following three athletes all jumped 20 inches in their standing vertical jump jaylee Winfrey of Broken Arrow sports Ken Lee kirkendoll of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball and kiara bonilla of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball however Julie did not jump any higher in her approach vertical jump that is a showing that she is not efficient in her jump according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else kinley only did one inch better at 21 inches ancara 2 inches better at 22 inches chiara for example ranks among the top 45 in her peers for approach vertical jump.
The following three athletes on this day all jumped in 19 inches in their standing vertical jump we have Kate Lee of Lincoln I think that is also out of Arkansas kalindi great of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball and Brooke Tyler of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball now Brooke is a member of improve vertical jump training Tulsa however I think this was initial to her actually joining us so this should be an initial attempt Kate jumped 20 inches in her approach vertical jump besting her standing by 1 inch kaelin by two inches 21 inches an Brook by three inches 22 inches PPA certified jump coach Corey Else says this should be closer to four or five inches difference between standing vertical jump at approach vertical jump.
Next to jump is Dominic wall is a gentleman from Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow soccer Dominic jumped 24 inches in his approach vertical jump which is really really good for his age he ranked 78th among his male youth fitness Tulsa counterparts and is excited to join improve vertical jump training in Tulsa to beat the top 78 maybe top 50 or top 25 even I am not sure why huh he know what i’m going to do i’m going to switch these two I found the error in this and switched his standing in his approach vertical jump he does have a difference of five inches so his standing is actually only 19 inches ranked 183rd place and his approach is 24 inches ranking 109th place that looks a lot better and is more likely accurate as compared to what was input on this day. We will have to go back and look at the video for PPA certified jump coach Corey Else and the team at improve vertical jump training Tulsa.
Aidan Sharpton of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball was Next up Aiden jumped 18 inches on her standing vertical jump and went down in inches on our approach vertical jump that should not happen it means that she is not efficient according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else we also highly recommend that she continues to try improve your vertical jump training Tulsa at our Broken Arrow facility.
Last that we’re going to talk about today in this article is Lucy ridener of Jenks sports and Jenks volleyball Lucy was able to perform an 18 inch standing vertical jump and an 18 inch approach vertical jump well let’s take a look at her friends as well Riley Vaughn also 18 inches she is from Tulsa union sports Tulsa union volleyball Camille Elkin of Bartlesville sports Bartlesville volleyball Riley lafoon of Fulbright that is an Arkansas pragathi Meg oppa of Lincoln also out of Arkansas Hayden Brandon of Bartlesville sports Bartlesville volleyball Cora Hamilton of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Mallory summer of Bixby sports Bixby volleyball Ella Brian of Prairie Grove sports Prairie Grove volleyball Bailey belt of coweta sports and coweta volleyball and Lastly Kendall picolet of Christian Claremore Christian sports Claremore Christian volleyball all these athletes on 3 seven 2020 all jumped 18 inches in their standing vertical jump . If these athletes wanted to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa so they should see a four inch improvement to 22 inches on average in about 2 months. There is quite a difference between these athletes approach vertical jump starting with Lucy at 18 ending with Kendall picolet at 20 they should be jumping a difference of at least 5 inches between their standing and approach vertical jump according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else.
