Miss Estes had a star drill of 7.85 seconds ranks three 174th place but had a better reaction drill best speed and agility training Tulsa with five .91 seconds and a rank of 177th place among female youth fitness Tulsa athletes.
Isabella Holder yeah I remember her so she is from BerryHill sports Berryhill volleyball. She let’s see she also did not do a velocity or had a zero velocity that’s interesting so 212th place but on her 10-yard accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa she had a score of 2.24 seconds and ranks two 180th place. what that tells me is improve speed training Tulsa would benefit her greatly.
