I feel like we just did Chris oh this is this is Jean this is Chris’s younger brother OK so gene yeah so that is right gene also had 16 pushups attempted ranking 156th among his male counterpart so gene is on the younger side but he would benefit from best strength and conditioning Tulsa as we don’t work with a lot of weight overhead it’s very safe it’s very much like CrossFit but a lot of resistance band training and plyometrics and body work. Gene jumped 12 inches and 15 inches respected to a standing vertical jump and approach vertical jump a difference of three inches that PPA certified job coach Corey Else can work with and would like to get closer to 5 inch difference including strengthening his muscles in improve vertical jump training Tulsa which will help his standing vertical jump much more.
