Can a Taylor of Broken Arrow sports in Broken Arrow volleyball also jumped 18 inches in her standing vertical jump but was able to improve her approach by an additional 3 inches with 21 inches she ranks 116th among her youth fitness Tulsa peers improve vertical jump training Tulsa and she ranks 60 third among her youth fitness Tulsa peers on her approach so that just shows you that with a difference of three inches you improve by as many as 50 slots and there’s still even more room for improvement according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else in ken’s jump.

Robert Kerr of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow soccer Robert is a gentleman that jumped with us on this day he jumped 22 inches in his standing vertical jump ranks him 117th among his male youth fitness Tulsa peers and also 26 inches in his approach vertical jump a difference of four inches according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else is appropriate but can probably use some additional improvement through improve vertical jump training Tulsa. Which would result in a standing vertical jump of 21 inches and more likely be in the top probably in the top 30 among their peers.

The following eight athletes all jumped 15 inches in their standing vertical jump Maddie fairchilds of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball dayanara corretjer of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball giera Bates of Bixby sports an Bixby volleyball Savannah right of Jenks sports jencks volleyball Caroline bergeret of Bixby sports and Bixby volleyball lilia been wet of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball Madison Moreno of Bixby sports and Bixby volleyball and last but not least matty’s good friend Jordan garner of Broken Arrow sports and Broken Arrow volleyball all these athletes jumped 15 inches in there standing vertical jump let’s take a look at their approach mattie was the smallest with 15 inches which was a difference of 0 that is a big red flag that PPA certified jump coach Corey Else looks for that says that she’s not efficient in her jump the following three athletes all jump 16 inches that was dayanara Guerra and Savannah that we talked about before Caroline lilia Ann Madison all jumped 17 inches an increase of two inches and Jordan garner who is apart of improve vertical jump training in Tulsa improved by an additional 3 inches off her standing vertical jump with 18 inches in ranks 204th place among her youth fitness Tulsa peers.
