It’s so good to be back at our Broken Arrow facility for probate looking at the combine results from a new year January 4th 2020 we start off with Max mersch of Of Tulsa home school sports he ranks 150th place among his male youth fitness Tulsa counterparts on the improve speed training tulsa’s drilled the 10-yard accelerated Sprint with a score of 2.25 seconds. Max was able to throw the kneeling Powerball through 136 inches best strength and conditioning Tulsa with a rank among his male youth fitness Tulsa counterparts of 154th place. Now this is interesting Max jumped 12 inches on his standing vertical jump which is not great 300 and 33rd place improve vertical jump training Tulsa but when he did his approach vertical jump he jumped 18 inches a difference of 6 inches which is typical for PPA certified jump coach Corey Else. Max did two different agility tests the star drill ranked 93rd among his male youth fitness Tulsa peers and ranked 30th on the Lane drill which we take from the NBA with a score of 14.09 seconds best speed and agility training Tulsa.
Next up is young TJ Wilson of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow basketball TJ ranks 57th among his male youth fitness Tulsa peers on the react shuttle run a new drill that we run to test for best speed and agility training Tulsa. Emily mersch of older sister to evelina and Max from Tulsa homeschool sports range 311th on her 10-yard accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa with a score of 2.27 seconds. Emily was only able to perform 6 pushups on this day ranking 240 ninth among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers best strength and conditioning Tulsa test. Emily jumped 14 inches and 16 inches respectively for her standing vertical jump and approach vertical jump a difference of two inches of which PPA certified jump coach Corey Else is eager to train her at the improve vertical jump training Tulsa program. Emily ranks 170 eighth among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers with a score of 6.91 seconds on the star drill which tests for best speed and agility training Tulsa.
Hannah Armstrong of coffeyville Community College she used to play for BerryHill sports BerryHill volleyball is testing before she goes to college at the pro day scouting combine she ranks 58th on her volleyball serve of a 36 mph improve speed training Tulsa and ranks two 161st on our 10-yard accelerated Sprint. Head was able to perform 20 reps of just the bar 45 pounds that gives her a one Rep Max of 75 pounds and best strength and conditioning Tulsa ranks her at 68th among her youth fitness Tulsa peers Hannah jumped 17 inches in 19 inches respectively for her standing an approach vertical jump a difference of only two inches tells us that there is room for improvement under PPA certified jump coach Corey Else and improve vertical jump training Tulsa. Taking a look at miss Armstrong’s agility let’s take a look at her reaction to be 200 and 91st place among her youth fitness Tulsa peers best speed and Jody training Tulsa Anne Anne has a score of 6.19 seconds if she can get under 6 should be in the top 200.
Devin Alcon of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball tested with us just her vertical jump on February 2nd 2020 Devin was able to jump wow 25 inches in her standing vertical jump that ranks her third among all youth fitness Tulsa peers wow congratulations Devin she also was able to jump 26 inches in her approach vertical jump a difference of only one inch however with her athletic abilities and joining improve vertical jump training Tulsa both of those numbers should go up a difference if only one inch tells PPA certified jump coach Corey Else that he can improve her drastically.
Also at this volleyball event was Tristan Gibson watching his younger sister play volleyball Tristan comes to us from Claremore Sequoyah sports Claremore Sequoyah basketball he is big for his age and he wanted to try out the vertical jump test and he didn’t disappoint he jumped 26 inches in his standing vertical jump that ranks him 40 third among his male youth fitness Tulsa peers improve vertical jump training Tulsa will get that up and he has signed up for it on this day let’s take a look at his approach vertical jump 26 inch issues me 28 inches ranks him 60 eighth among his youth fitness Tulsa peers although is only a difference of two inches PPA certified jump coach Corey Else has some ideas to help him improve. Tristans you’d younger brother Judah also jumped on this day he jumped 17 inches on his standing vertical jump in 19 inches on his approach vertical jump difference again of only two inches chose PPA certified jump coach Corey Else so there’s room for improvement improve vertical jump training Tulsa is the place to do it.
