If you’re just joining us we are talking about some of the results from our vertical jump testing at Neenah high spark and Broken Arrow under the pro day scouting combine vertical jump results. We are excited to partner with Broken Arrow volleyball club at this tournament sometimes we do have brothers or family members of the girls that are playing that want to try their scores as well and that is what happens with Eli Burke he is a gentleman from caney Valley sports caney Valley soccer Eli jump 20 inches in a standing vertical jump 164th place and 23 inches in his approach vertical jump a difference of three inches an ranks 122nd against his mill youth fitness Tulsa counterparts a difference of three inches is not enough according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else would recommend he join improve vertical jump training Tulsa.
The following six athletes all female athletes jump 17 inches in their standing vertical jump first up we have cadence Christopher of Tulsa union sports Tulsa union volleyball Jordan garner of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Avery McDonald of Fulbright I believe that is an Arkansas school Kelsey Christian of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball and Emma foster of Tulsa union sports Tulsa union volleyball not to mention Shawn Meadows of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball all these athletes jump 17 inches in there standing vertical jump which tells us if they wanted to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa they could see results as high as 21 inches on average in as little as two months. Cadence Christopher had the lowest jump in her vertical jump for approach same as what she did with her standing that is a big red flag for PPA certified jump coach Corey Else that she’s not getting enough efficiency in her jump followed closely by Jordan garner Avery McDonald and Kelsey Christian all with 18 inches Emma foster improved by two inches to 19 inches an Shawn Meadows improved by 4 inches to 21 inches now Sean among the other female youth fitness tulsa counterparts she ranks 63rd place.
Following five athletes all jump 16 inches in their standing vertical jump at the pro day scouting combine at Broken Arrow volleyball club facility this combine was tested on March 7th 2020 may Lee Duncan of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Sarah Scott of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball winter elridge of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Haley hunt of Lincoln I believe again that is a Arkansas school and grace meeker of coweta sports coweta volleyball they all jumped on this day 16 inches standing vertical jump that ranks them 200 and 70th place if they were to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa all these athletes should expect somewhere in the range of 20 inches and a rank of approximately 51st place So what that means is they could jump 220 people if they were to join our training. Miley Sarah Ann winter all improved by two inches Haley hunt by three inches and grace meeker also by three inches in their approach vertical jump that is something that can definitely show improvement if they work closely with PPA certified jump coach Corey Else.
The next two males that attempted the vertical jump at Broken Arrow volleyball is Avery Brown and tegan Heath both have Broken Arrow soccer these gentlemen jumped 15 inches and 16 inches on their approach a difference of only one inch I think we would like to go back and look at the video and have PPA certified jump coach Corey Else analyze and see if he can provide any additional technique or improvement and then both of them were asked to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa and encourage them to do so.
The following eleven athletes all jumped 15 inches in their standing vertical jump they all rank 300 and 60th place against their female youth fitness Tulsa counterparts and we’re just going to go through them in list format Isabella Smith of Lincoln in Arkansas Alyssa knapper of coweta sports coweta volleyball is the rule of Monte casino sports Monte casino volleyball Macy gist of Prairie Grove sports Prairie Grove volleyball Kate Phillips of Fulbright in Arkansas charisk laments of Washington in Arkansas Marisa Duluth of Bartlesville sports Bartlesville volleyball Harper Fox of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball Cassie Easton of verdigris sports verdigris volleyball Bella Jones of Elmwood in Arkansas Olivia brand of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball. as I said before all these athletes jumped the same level or I take a look at what that is that is 15 inches in there standing vertical jump now let’s look at their approach vertical jump 15 inches should they join tulsa’s improve vertical jump training Tulsa program they should see at least an increase up to 19 inches and would also increase their approach vertical jump starting with Macy she improved along with Kate keras and Marissa by 1 inch over there standing vertical jump through each jump 16 inches resulting in a rank of 368th place Harper 17 inches Cassie 18 inches Bella and Olivia all 18 inches a difference of three inches there on track for doing well but PPA certified PPA jump coach Corey else would want to see them improve by at least 5 inches between their standing and approach vertical jumps
The next two athletes that will look at our gentleman Jake janikowski of deer Creek sports deer Creek soccer and Lincoln brand of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow soccer these young men tested us on March 7 2020 Jake jumped 13 inches in his standing and 15 in his approach Lincoln 10 inches in the standing at 11 inches in his approach so the last two athletes that we’re going to talk about today again very important for the youngest athletes to test where they are in a snapshot in time that way they know that what they’re doing is benefiting them and they are seeing improvements on paper we encourage them to go to improve vertical jump training Tulsa as well as being instructed under the supervision of PPA certified jump coach Corey Else.
