Mathias has speed and was able to run 2.36 SEC ranking 165th with a little bit of training under improve speed training Tulsa he could improve and join the top 100 athletes. William also had a 64 inch broad jump resulting in 170th place and could benefit from improve vertical jump training Tulsa over a couple of months. William had 41 pushups ranking in 130th place best strength and conditioning Tulsa could get him into the top 100 and was able to have a kneeling Powerball throw of 126.5 inches ranking him 156 again we’re trying to get him into the top 100. Last William ran a 2.2 two SEC 10-yard accelerated Sprint and ranks 142nd if we want to get him into the top 100 we want to improve speed training Tulsa.
Younger brother Cosmo Ramirez two Kaz Ramirez from Tulsa soccer Read a 2.3 three SEC accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa to get into the top 150 he just needs to improve by .05 seconds.
