Here at Pro Day Sports, we offer a bunch of different performance, explosiveness, and speed and agility training. We have been voted the best personal trainer and best sports Jim in the Tulsa world. We are also the highest and most rated sports performance training, and all of Tulsa Oklahoma. We currently have a perfect five-star rating on Google. We do a lot of different things here at Pro Day Sports. We believe in having affordable prices, so as many athletes that want to join can. We believe in multi-sport training for optimal athlete health, we test to check exact progress. We believe in setting goals, and being able to celebrate the many steps becoming a great athlete. We also have small group training, dimension not waiting for your turn. You’ll be working every 30’s seconds, and resting for 30 seconds. Pushing your body, and interesting to recuperate.

Speed and Agility Training

Pro Day Sports bunch of different performance, and speed and agility training. In fact we believe in so much that we do that we offer a full week of classes for only one dollar! Our mission here is “to create an environment for athletes to thrive and develop their athletic abilities and accelerate their athletic careers at the next level.” Three major things we believe in is focusing on your drive, building your strength and skills, and surrounding yourself with an amazing community. So why only a dollar?

Our one dollar customers only. It is three classes leaving room for rest days in between. Of course we need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver when our youth athletes are registering. We will start our speed and agility training with you and start building your letting abilities. You should know that 100% of your dollar goes to a nonprofit in our area. This Is US, has been around since 2017. Athletes from local public schools are hitting the fields without eating and being hungry. We personally have brought them food, and we keep going back. That one dollar helps support us in giving back. We believe in giving back to our communities, because we know that God is good, and he gets back to us.

We even opened something called The Circle Kitchen, which pies we can feed bags to the school special needs students among others. We enjoy helping our community so much. It warms our hearts to see and get back. Most of our donations and referrals, are from you. Most of the money we receive is from students, and that makes it all the more greater. Students helping students, athletes helping athletes. We have a very high poverty level, crime rates, and a very low graduation rate. Although the districts we help is huge, there is still a huge golf between our children’s education and their needs. Not only these athletes going hungry, their kids.

So we offer one dollar because we think we have the best training that you’ll be like 99% of everyone else. Our trail members are so eager to begin their speed and agility training and start becoming better. Most of our trial members sign up within the week, insert receiving full membership perks.
