We don’t believe in static stretching anymore. It is an old warm-up tests that medical professions have decided it is not beneficial anymore before a competition. We believe and created each warm-up that is called dynamic warm-ups. These are designed to improve a full range of motion and stretching to the muscles in your whole body. It helps you in your ramp up routine get energized by the warm-up, and get ready for a high-level competition. We have these warm-ups posted and in our gym, in case anyone wants to review them. The first 10 minutes of every class is dedicated to warming up.
