Alright so we’re going to take a look at some additional scoring from our vertical jump test that we had at Broken Arrow volleyball club back last year February 1st I believe we were with the broken or volleyball club at noon high spark testing all the athletes whether they played volleyball or any other sport anybody was welcome to come up and try their skill. We had Channing Kelly of Regent preparatory school in Owosso Regent preparatory sports young female tested with us she along with several of her friends jumped 10 inches Alyssa Sanders of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball sage grider of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball Paisley quest of Jenks sports Jenks volleyball and Lauren Davis of All Saints Broken Arrow sports All Saints Broken Arrow volleyball all these athletes jump 10 inches in there standing vertical jump they rank 700 and 96th place among their youth fitness Tulsa peers an should they join improve vertical jump training Tulsa they should see an average increase of four inches resulting in a score of 14 inches in as little as two months. Channing jumped the same on her approach vertical jump a big red flag to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else that she’s not getting any advantage in running at the vertical jump tester Alyssa and sage both increased by two inches with their approach vertical jump a score of 12 inches Anna rank of 610th place Paisley 13 inches and a score of in a rank of 574th place Lauren Davis had a 14 inch approach vertical jump and ranked 502nd place so that is a difference of four inches that’s pretty impressive I think she’s on the younger side so there’s definitely room to improve overtime period

The following six athletes all tested with us at the pro day scouting combine testing for their improve vertical jump training tulsa scores and jumped 9 inches in their standing vertical jump let’s take a look ASP in schabowski she is from Tulsa union or scuse me Tulsa University School they have an elementary school there at the University of Tulsa and they call it Tulsa University School autumn Eldridge of Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Chloe Ward of Bixby sports and Bixby volleyball Abigail Ashe of Broken Arrow sports and Broken Arrow volleyball she is enrolled in improve vertical jump training Tulsa so we should see improvements there and then mattie Anderson of All Saints Broken Arrow sports All Saints Broken Arrow volleyball they all jumped 9 inches in their standing vertical jump a rank of 820th place should all of them join improve vertical jump training Tulsas so they should see a four inch increase in as little as two months resulting in a score of 13 and jumping to a 612 rank instead of an 820. You’ll see these young athletes are not taking advantage of their approach almost all of them jumped just one inch higher on their approach with the exception of Abigail as she jumped 2 inches higher and mattie Anderson jumped 4 inches higher in her approach vertical jump all of which PPA certified jump coach Corey else can help them with period

And last but not least we’re going to take a look at some of the youngest athletes that tested with us on this day Colby Christian comes to us from Broken Arrow sports Broken Arrow volleyball Millie dermer from Jenks sports Jenks volleyball nearly wells of summit Christian sports summit Christian volleyball Brianna Joyce of Broken Arrow sports and Broken Arrow volleyball an Lastly Michaela rice of Tulsa union sports Tulsa union volleyball these athletes all jumped 8 inches off the ground resulting in rank of 837th place against youth fitness Tulsa peers let’s take a look at their approach vertical jump Colby had 10 inches along with Millie nearly had 11 inches Brianna had 12 inches and Michaela rice very young athlete jumped just one inch higher at 8 inches so all these athletes they’re so young in there in a prime position to definitely learn a little bit from PPA certified job coach Corey Else he likes to work with athletes 12 years old and up however all of them can benefit from improve vertical jump training Tulsa at our Broken Arrow location

So that is the end of us testing at broken oar volleyball club in Broken Arrow need high spark we are back to our location on February 12th 2020 and taking a look at some higher level athletes including Macy Blackburn she’s now a Central Arkansas volleyball but she was with Broken Arrow volleyball Ann was known as the hammer as an outside hitter she’s an extremely talented athlete and will take a look at her scores she ranks 36th among her peers on her 10-yard accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa and has a score of 1.85 seconds. Macy was able to perform 46 reps of the weight of the bar which is 45 pounds that gives her a one Rep Max of 114 pounds best strength and conditioning Tulsa and she ranks seventh among her youth fitness Tulsa peers. Macy has a 22 inch and a 27 inch standing and approach vertical jump respectively that’s very good for her category she ranked 16th on her standing vertical jump and ranks fifth overall among all youth fitness Tulsa female peers on her approach vertical jump a difference of five inches is more likely what we like to see with PPA certified jump coach Corey Else however if we continue to improve vertical jump training Tulsa both of those numbers should increase.Messi scored a 6.10 second star drill testing for best speed and agility training Tulsa she ranks 20 first among her youth fitness Tulsa peers

Macy has a good friend Olivia boss she’s one year younger goes to Broken Arrow volleyball Broken Arrow sports Olivia is also a very good athlete she ranks eleventh among her youth fitness Tulsa peers on improve speed training Tulsa drill the 10-yard accelerated Sprint her score was 1.76 seconds. Olivia had 32 reps of the weight of the bar 45 pounds that gives her a one Rep Max of 93 pounds best strength and conditioning Tulsa and ranks 31st place among her youth fitness Tulsa peers. Olivia jumped 23 inches in her standing vertical jump that gives her a rank of 6th among her youth fitness Tulsa peers one of the best jumps we’ve seen in a long time and she does not attend improve vertical jump training Tulsa but should she want to we think we can get that number even higher and maybe even to the top spot she had a difference of four inches in her approach also ranking fifth alongside Messi with 27 inches 4 inches difference could be 6 or 7 inches according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else. Olivia also ranks in the top seven on agility Ann she is ranked number one overall on the react 5-10 five she made her name up on the wall with a score of 5.06 seconds if she wants to keep that top score she needs to enroll in best speed and agility training Tulsa.
