As we continue to talk about our successful pro day scouting combine in Claremore OK on December 1st 2019 it’s important to say thank you very much to the OC volleyball club for allowing us to come in and offer these training sessions and testing their athletes so that we could get in front of recruiters for future success. So as we move on we want to look at Rebecca hilmes of Claremore sports an Claremore volleyball Rebecca is actually very fast with a 65 rank on the 10-yard accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa she was able to run it in 1.93 seconds against her female youth fitness tells appears she had a kneeling Powerball through testing her power best strength and conditioning Tulsa of 136 inches and ranks 169th among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers. Rebecca had a good Delta between her standing vertical jump of 14 inches and her approach vertical jump of 18 inches the Delta came in at 4 inches which is more respectable according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else however with enrollment in improve vertical jump training Tulsa we should see both of those numbers increased by at least 4 inches. Rebecca ranked 74th among her peers on reaction an 130 second among her youth fitness Tulsa Pierce for best speed and agility training drill the star drill with a score of 6.72 seconds.

Elizabeth hoisington of oologah sports and oologah volleyball is Next up on this day she ranked 138th place among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers improve speed training Tulsa with a score of 2.06 seconds. Miss hoisington was able to throw the kneeling Powerball through only 108 inches that is ranking in the very bottom 370 third among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers showing that she definitely needs best strength and conditioning Tulsa to improve. Elizabeth did not improve Between her standing vertical jump of 16 inches and her approach jump of 16 inches that is a glaring issue for PPA certified jump coach Corey Else it so it shows that she needs improve vertical jump training Tulsa as well as a few Techniques to help her jump higher. Lastly she also ranks in the bottom four reaction 300 and 4th place with a score of 6.25 seconds and for agility best speed and agility training Tulsa she ranks two 152nd and a score of 7.22 seconds.

Next up is Cameron Barkley of catoosa sports and catoosa volleyball let’s take a look at her reaction time first Cameron ranks 246 place with a score of 6.09 seconds on her react 5-10 five drill and 269th place on best speed and agility training Tulsa drilled the star drill with a score of 7.28 seconds Cameron did jump a difference of five inches which is adequate for PPA certified jump coach Corey Else however it was only 13 inches in our standing vertical jump which ranks six 111th among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers that would be more likely in the 17 inch range and ultimately that would improve vertical jump training tulsa as well if she did those things. Karen was able to throw the kneeling Powerball through 132 inches ranking 201st among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers she wanted to get in the top 100 we need to enroll her in best strength and conditioning Tulsa pro day. Libby also did a standing vertical jump for PPA certified jump coach Corey else scored 14 inches that ranks four 185th place it’s actually very low for her age group and he recommends improve vertical jump training Tulsa as her approach vertical jump is only one inch higher at 15 inches. Libby is pretty consistent in the 378 range for her agility best speed and agility training Tulsa she had a score of 7.94 seconds and the same for reaction 360 second place among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers

Emma Rhodes of what was jenks volleyball and jenks sports now Tabor college she is in the top ten with a 44 mile per hour volleyball serve best improve speed training Tulsa and a 10-yard accelerated Sprint ranking her 180th place with a 2.12 second Sprint time. Surprisingly Emma was only able to perform 2 pushups I think that had more to do with the day because she had a 159 inch kneeling Powerball throw which brings her in the top 65 among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers she wanted to come back from college she could do best strength and conditioning Tulsa and improve that score. Emma Rhodes was able to jump 16 inches in her standing vertical jump but only 18 inches in her approach vertical jump I think Emma is a setter but we always like jumping setters so she should join improve vertical jump training Tulsa As well as take pointers from PPA certified job coach Corey Else to improve her game. Emma ranks 83rd on her reaction with a 5.7 one second 5-10 five very impressive but dropped to 203rd place best speed and agility training Tulsa drilled the star drill with a 6.53 second attempt.

Last one that will look at today is Kelsey more of rejoice Christian sports rejoice Christian volleyball in Owosso Oklahoma she came to us at the pro day scouting combine scored 80th place on the improve speed training Tulsa drill the 10-yard accelerated Sprint with a score of 1.97 seconds. Kelsey did not perform any pushups on this day however she threw the kneeling Powerball throw 146 inches best strength and conditioning Tulsa Ann was ranked 112th among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers Kelsey jumped 15 inches in 18 inches respectively between her standing vertical jump and approach vertical jump both could use improve vertical jump training Tulsa and the help of PPA certified jump coach Corey Else. Kelsey had an impressive agility score with six point 5 three seconds on the star drill that ranks her 88th place best speed and agility training Tulsa could get her into the top 50 and her reaction was also the same ranking 71st among her female youth fitness Tulsa peers.
