So we brought the vertec this time to Monte casino volleyball and Monte casino sports and we just tested a couple of athletes on their standing vertical jump so we have mackenzie Ross and Abigail Ross they’re sisters both from Broken Arrow sports and Broken Arrow soccer they jumped 18 inches mackenzie did on her standing vertical jump and ranks 116th among her peers and Abigail Ross jumped 15 inches and ranks three 160th against her peers so if they were to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa we averaged a four inch standing vertical jump increase in two months mackenzie could easily be at 22 inches in Abigail Ross her sister could be at 19 inches with a little bit of training under PPA certified jump coach Corey Else.
