Olivia salisberry of Broken Arrow sports in Broken Arrow volleyball tested on October 21st 2019 she ranked in the top 300 on her speed and had a top 38 finish on her standing serve for volleyball of 38 mph she is joining improve speed training Tulsa and we look forward to working with her. Olivia did not attempt a bench press but next time she does she’ll get best strength and conditioning Tulsa her kneeling Powerball throw was one point 169 inches ranking or 44th among her peers which is actually very good. Malachi Ling of home school sports he I think he now attends Owosso sports in Owosso basketball we love training Malachi he I think this is initial attempt brings 158th place with a score of 2.31 seconds on the 10-yard accelerated Sprint improve speed training Tulsa over the next couple of months. Malachi had 6 pushups resulting in a rank of 166th among his male youth fitness Tulsa counterparts. Malachi had an impressive 16 inch standing vertical jump and a more impressive approach vertical jump of 22 inches that’s a difference of 6 inches and more likely the result of proper form jumping off of one leg according to PPA certified jump coach Corey Else Malachi also had a 70 inch broad jump and will continue to improve vertical jump training Tulsa with a score of 148th place among his youth fitness Tulsa peers. Malachi since he is a basketball player we tested his Lane drill testing for best speed and agility training Tulsa he scored 15.81 seconds resulting in a rank of 60th place among his youth fitness Tulsa peers

So we brought the vertec this time to Monte casino volleyball and Monte casino sports and we just tested a couple of athletes on their standing vertical jump so we have mackenzie Ross and Abigail Ross they’re sisters both from Broken Arrow sports and Broken Arrow soccer they jumped 18 inches mackenzie did on her standing vertical jump and ranks 116th among her peers and Abigail Ross jumped 15 inches and ranks three 160th against her peers so if they were to join improve vertical jump training Tulsa we averaged a four inch standing vertical jump increase in two months mackenzie could easily be at 22 inches in Abigail Ross her sister could be at 19 inches with a little bit of training under PPA certified jump coach Corey Else.
