It’s really great to have an opportunity to talk about some of these young athletes at an early age as they continue to develop themselves to become better volleyball players . we’re the lucky ones that get a chance to test these young athletes and give them an opportunity to see where they currently stand.

Haley Archer of Broken Arrow sports in Broken Arrow volleyball ranks four 114th place on a 10-yard accelerated Sprint there’s definitely room for improvement under improve speed training Tulsa. Emma had a broad jump of 61 inches she ranks three 135th place in front of PPA Certified jump coach Corey Else and she also had a 12 inch and 14 inch standing and approach vertical jump respectively should attend improve vertical jump training Tulsa over the next couple months and see if she improve. Emma had a power score of 443rd place with her kneeling Powerball throw of 86 inches best strength and conditioning Tulsa. Hannah Snyder ranks 83rd on her volleyball serving speed with 34 mph against youth fitness Tulsa. Although she raised 206th place improve speed training Tulsa on her 10-yard accelerated Sprint resulting in a score of 2.15 seconds. Brooklyn Anderson another athlete from Broken Arrow volleyball and current improve speed training Tulsa athlete ranks 240th place with a 2.19 second 10-yard accelerated Sprint. Upon joining best strength and conditioning Tulsa Chloe scored a 121 inch kneeling Powerball throw an ranks two 173rd amongst her female youth fitness Tulsa peers. Chloe had an initial standing vertical jump of 16 inches and 17 inches a difference of only one inch PPA certified jump coach Corey Else is eager to continue to work with Brooklyn to increase the difference up by about four to five inches. Additionally if she continues with improve vertical jump training Tulsa her muscles would get stronger and she’ll be more used to jumping higher. Broken also ran a 7.85 second star drone as her first attempt we do expect it to get a lot better as she is best speed and agility training Tulsa.
