Our training is high-intensity sports performance training focused on maximizing athletic ability in every individual. Our training focuses on and athletes speed, power, explosiveness, agility, and reaction. It’s an interval-based workout where the clock is in control this means no kids are waiting around for their turn rather they are working on and off for 30 seconds at a time throughout the workout. This revolutionizes the way strength and conditioning is done. The highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.

TEAM TRAINING

Teams that work together, win together and we understand this at Pro Day Athlete Development so we embody it as an organization. We offer discounted training for teams where we build a community off-the-field to increase on-field performance. Paired with team building our high-intensity interval training accelerates all athlete’s capabilities and gives them the benefit of “one-on-one” training in a group environment. This translates to an increase in individual abilities as well as an increase in team abilities.
